Every guide on Technology Shortcuts goes through the same steps before it is published.
1. Pick one task
We start from what people actually search for, such as “shutdown shortcut key” or “filter shortcut in Excel”, and give each task its own page so the answer is not buried.
2. Draft
AI writing tools help us produce the first draft of a guide from our brief, which sets the format, the reading level and the rules (no prices, no invented shortcuts, the keys first).
3. Check the keys
Every shortcut is checked against the system and version it is given for. Where Windows 10 and Windows 11, or Tally Prime and Tally ERP 9, behave differently, the guide says so. Shortcuts we cannot confirm are removed.
4. Edit and review
A second review reads the whole page for accuracy and clarity, and automated checks catch missing keys, broken links and repeated wording.
5. Keep it current
Software updates change shortcuts. Reader reports sent to guestpostadvertising@gmail.com are checked and the page is corrected. See our editorial policy.
