Sales voucher shortcut key in Tally ERP 9

Tally ERP 9 also uses F8 for Sales, Ctrl + A to accept, and Alt + C to create masters on the fly. In ERP 9, printing used Alt + P, and the invoice mode buttons are shown on the right side of the voucher screen. Order vouchers need to be enabled in F11 features in both versions. The older version's full list is on Tally ERP 9 shortcut keys.

Sales order versus sales voucher

A sales order records what the customer has agreed to buy; it does not affect accounts or stock. The sales voucher (invoice) records the actual sale. Many businesses never use orders. If you do, enable them in F11 features, enter orders with Ctrl + F8 in TallyPrime, and pick the order number when you later make the sales voucher, so Tally tracks pending orders.
