Tally prime shortcut keys let you pass entries and open reports without the mouse. The most used are the voucher keys F4 to F9 (Contra, Payment, Receipt, Journal, Sales, Purchase), Alt + G to go to any report or master, and Ctrl + A to save a voucher.
TallyPrime changed several keys from Tally ERP 9, so a list made for the older version can mislead you. Everything below is for TallyPrime. If you still use the older release, see the Tally ERP 9 shortcut keys page.

Ledger shortcut key in Tally Prime
TallyPrime has no single key that opens ledger creation, but two quick ways exist. From anywhere, press Alt + G, type create ledger and press Enter. While entering a voucher, if the party ledger does not exist yet, press Alt + C in the ledger field to create it without leaving the voucher.
Tally prime duplicate entry shortcut key
To repeat a voucher such as a monthly rent payment, open the Day Book, select the voucher and press Alt + 2. A copy opens with the same ledgers and amounts; change the date or amount and press Ctrl + A. This saves time for repeat sales to the same customer too, which the sales voucher guide explains.
